Welcome!
I’m so honored you’ll be joining me for the Sedona Ascension Retreat. This agreement ensures that we’re aligned and protected, so you can relax into the experience fully. Please read carefully and sign before attending.
1. Participation & Responsibility
By signing below, you acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily choosing to participate in the Sedona Ascension Retreat, November 7–10, 2025, led by Cynthia Clark.

All practices, exercises, and activities offered are for personal growth, education, and spiritual exploration.

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being at all times.

You will inform Cynthia of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or food allergies that may affect your participation. Meals provided during the retreat will be nourishing and health-conscious, but participants are responsible for managing their own dietary needs.
2. Liability Waiver
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cynthia Clark LLC from any claims, demands, or liability of any kind that may arise from participation in this retreat, including travel to and from the event.

You understand that no medical, psychological, or financial guarantees are being made.

You assume all risk for your own participation and agree that Cynthia Clark LLC is not liable for any accident, injury, or loss.
3. Photography & Media Release
The retreat may be filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded for the purpose of capturing the experience.

By signing below, you grant permission for Cynthia Clark LLC to use images, video, or audio that may include you for future marketing, promotions, or educational content.

If you prefer not to appear in close-up photos or video, please inform Cynthia in writing before the retreat begins, and we will do our best to respect your request.
4. Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is required to secure your spot.

Cancellations before October 15, 2025, may receive a 50% refund of the balance (excluding deposit).

After October 15, 2025, no refunds are available. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant with Cynthia’s approval.
