Ascension Hand Analyst Certification (AHA) Student Enrollment Agreement Welcome! We're thrilled you've decided to join the Ascension Hand Analyst Certification program. This agreement outlines what you can expect from us and what we expect from you so we can have a clear, supportive, and transformational year together. Please read this document carefully before enrolling. By submitting your enrollment and payment, you agree to all terms outlined below. 1. Program Overview The Ascension Hand Analyst Certification (AHA) is a 12-month professional training program that teaches hand analysis and Palm Portal Healing. The program includes access to all course modules and lessons, office hours, and certification upon successful completion of all requirements. Program Investment: $8,800 USD 2. Payment Terms Payment in Full: You may pay the full program investment of $8,800 at the time of enrollment. Payment Plan: If you choose the payment plan option, you agree to pay according to the schedule provided at checkout. By enrolling, you are committing to the full program investment regardless of whether you complete the training, continue participating, or request to withdraw. Missed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within 14 days of the original due date, your access to course materials may be paused until your account is current. You remain responsible for the full remaining balance. Collections: If payments remain outstanding for more than 60 days, we reserve the right to send your account to collections and pursue the remaining balance owed. You agree to pay any collection fees or legal costs incurred in recovering the unpaid balance. The payment plan is a convenience, not a month-to-month subscription. Your commitment to the full investment is made at the time of enrollment. 3. Refund Policy Due to the nature of this program — which includes immediate access to proprietary training materials, ongoing mentorship, and a full year of support — all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Change of mind or circumstances Inability to complete the program Dissatisfaction with the content or teaching style Technical difficulties on your end Scheduling conflicts We encourage you to review all available information about the program, ask questions, and be certain this is the right fit for you before enrolling. We're happy to answer any questions prior to your commitment. 4. Pause Policy Life happens. If you experience a significant life event that prevents you from continuing your training, you may request a pause of up to four (4) months. To request a pause, email us directly with your situation and proposed pause dates. Pause Terms: Only one pause is permitted during your enrollment Pauses cannot exceed four months total Your certification timeline will be extended by the length of your pause Payment obligations continue during a pause unless otherwise agreed in writing Access to material may be limited during your pause at our discretion Pauses are granted at our discretion based on circumstances If you do not return and resume participation within four months, you forfeit your enrollment and any remaining access to materials. You remain responsible for any outstanding payment balance. 5. Certification Requirements Enrollment in this program does not guarantee certification. To become a Certified Ascension Hand Analyst, you must: Complete all course modules and lessons Attend or watch recordings of a minimum number of office hours sessions (to be specified in your welcome materials) Complete the required number of documented practice readings and Palm Portal Healing sessions Submit case studies as assigned Pass any assessments or evaluations included in the curriculum Conduct yourself in alignment with our code of ethics and community guidelines Students who fulfill all requirements will receive their official certification and permission to use the Certified Ascension Hand Analyst credential. 6. Code of Conduct As a student in this program, you agree to: Treat fellow students, guests, and instructors with respect and kindness Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by peers during practice sessions, community discussions, or office hours Approach this work with integrity, humility, and a genuine desire to serve others Refrain from sharing, copying, or distributing course materials Represent the Ascension Hand Analyst methodology honestly and ethically We reserve the right to remove any student who violates these standards. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund or release from payment obligations. 7. Intellectual Property All course content, materials, methods, frameworks, videos, audios, handouts, card deck content, and other proprietary information shared in this program are the intellectual property of Cynthia Clark LLC and are protected by copyright. You may: Use what you learn to serve your own clients in readings and healing sessions Reference that you are a Certified Ascension Hand Analyst (upon certification) Share your personal experiences and testimonials about the program You may not: Teach, train, or certify others in the Ascension Hand Analyst methodology or Palm Portal Healing system without express written permission Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with anyone outside the program Create derivative works, courses, or trainings based on this methodology Record office hours or other live sessions without permission Use our trademarks, logos, or certification marks in any misleading way Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in removal from the program, revocation of certification, and legal action. 8. Use of Certification and Credentials Upon successful completion of all certification requirements, you will be granted the right to: Call yourself a "Certified Ascension Hand Analyst" Use the AHA credential after your name (e.g., "Jane Smith, AHA") Use any official logos or badges we provide according to our brand guidelines You may not: Claim certification before completing all requirements Imply affiliation beyond your status as a certified graduate Use the credential or our branding in any way that is misleading, unethical, or harmful to the reputation of this program We reserve the right to revoke certification at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement, engage in unethical practices, or misrepresent your credentials. 9. Disclaimer and Liability Waiver This program provides education, spiritual guidance, and professional training in hand analysis and energy healing. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You acknowledge and agree that: You are responsible for how you apply what you learn in this program You will not hold Cynthia Clark, Cynthia Clark LLC or assigns liable for any outcomes in your personal life, health, relationships, or business resulting from your participation. You will ensure your own clients understand that hand analysis and Palm Portal Healing are spiritual and educational services, not substitutes for professional medical or mental health care. You are participating voluntarily and assume any risks associated with energy work, personal development, and spiritual practice. By enrolling, you release Cynthia Clark LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in this program or your application of its teachings. 10. Confidentiality During this program, you may be privy to personal stories, experiences, and information shared by fellow students and guests. You agree to hold all such information in strict confidence and not share it outside the program without the express permission of the person involved. We take your privacy seriously as well. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver the program or as required by law. 11. Communication By enrolling, you consent to receive emails and communications from us related to the program, including announcements, reminders, and updates. You can update your communication preferences at any time, but you are responsible for staying informed about program updates and deadlines. 12. Agreement to Terms By submitting your enrollment and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this agreement. This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Cynthia Clark LLC regarding your participation in the Ascension Hand Analyst Certification program. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona, Yavapai County.
